She underscored that the actions taken by High Representative Christian Schmidt and the state judiciary are “unconstitutional and in violation of the Dayton Peace Agreement,” adding that these steps also conflict with European values. Cvijanovic further noted that EU officials not only endorse these actions but also condemn Republika Srpska for opposing them.
