BiH Genocide victims†association demands removal of Ratko Mladic murals in Foca and Nevesinje
The association also highlighted the amendments to Bosnia’s Criminal Code that were enacted in 2021, often referred to as the “Genocide Denial Law.” This legislation makes it a crime to publicly approve, deny, significantly minimize, or justify genocide, war crimes, and crimes against humanity. Additionally, Article 145a of the Code explicitly forbids the public glorification of individuals convicted of war crimes.
